Purchasing Art from the Gallery: The Bonfoey Gallery is the largest fine art gallery in northern Ohio. We offer an extensive selection of works by established regional artists. These pieces range from realistic to abstract subject matter and are available in many mediums such as original paintings, prints, photographs, drawings, sculpture, and glass pieces. Please view our Artists pages for a preview of some of the work available to you. Also, our approval program allows you to take the artwork to your home or office, for up to one week, to make sure the piece works well in your space and fits your needs. Art Consultation: Our art consultants can provide on site consultation at your home or office. This allows us to better understand the space and the client’s needs. We have worked with many corporate and residential clients over the years and provide services which include planning, acquisition, commissioning, appraising, framing, and installing of artworks to fit the requirements of any budget.

Appraisals: We offer appraisal services for insurance, donation, and estate purposes. Each written appraisal features a description of the piece, photo documentation, and the valuation. We can appraise your piece at the gallery or will arrange for an appraisal, at your convenience, at your home or office. Please call or e-mail, and we can discuss your needs in specific and our fee structure. Also, we are available, by appointment, to look at your piece at the gallery, to help you determine if it is of value. If the piece is of value and merits an appraisal we will discuss the fee at that point, if we determine the piece has nominal value there is no charge for this consultation.

Art Restoration: Our specialists can restore, repair, and clean a variety of fine art items. These include oil paintings, works on paper, textiles, ceramics, porcelains, and metal works. We can provide you with an assessment of the condition and quote for the needed restoration. This can range from minimal touch up and repair to work done to the highest museum standards.

Consignments: We are always interested in the consignment of high quality works of American and European art, especially unique imagery of Cleveland or quality works by Cleveland artists. To determine if your artwork is an item we can sell for you, please call or e-mail us with an image and description of each piece. In the description please include the artist’s name, title (if available), medium (if known), size, and general condition of the piece. A close up image of the artist’s signature is also helpful.

Delivery and Installation Services: We have full scale delivery services available within the greater Cleveland area. This includes pick up of items for framing, delivery of artwork or items newly framed by Bonfoey’s, and installation if necessary. Bonfoey’s prides itself on providing the proper installation of your artwork. It will be hung at the proper height for the correct viewing of the piece, and with the proper sized hardware to insure that the piece remains hanging on the wall. We also provide security installation which anchors or locks the piece to the wall. This is a good solution for works that are to be hung in public areas. We are available for out of town deliveries or installations. Please call the gallery to further discuss your installation or delivery needs.

Moving Services: Let us take the worry out of moving your valuable art and art object collections. We will come to your home or office to professionally pack your artwork for moving or storage. We can pack sculpture, china, and silver collections. Ask us about on site storage for your art needs. Please call the gallery to discuss these arrangements in further detail.

Boxing & Shipping: We provide boxing and shipping for fine art items. A custom built box or crate is made to fit your piece. The crated piece is then sent through an appropriate shipper. We can ship according to your needs, from overnight to ground service. All pieces are insured in shipment from our door to the recipient.

Disaster Services: Our staff can assist you with any fire or flood damage that occurs to your artwork. We are experienced in working with insurance companies to provide timely evaluations and quotations for the repair and restoration of these damaged items. We also can furnish any needed insurance appraisals requiring current valuations for the pieces.

Gift Certificates: We offer gift certificates which can be used toward the purchase of artwork, framing, or any of the services we provide. Please contact the gallery to arrange for them.
