Pamela Gilliland

Pamela Gilliland’s career began in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was a professional designer and artist. She continued in Cleveland as a Creative Director. Her design/art background allowed her to work for major companies including George Lucas Productions, Walt Disney World, Bayer Diagnostics, and General Electric. For the past 40 years, she has been a partner at Gilliland Design, a multidisciplinary design firm.

Pamela’s strengths in subject and composition are a result of her multifaceted background. Her strength in concept and color became her signature.

In addition to teaching students from four-year olds to college level, she continues to paint and design for local and global accounts alike. Pamela’s work has been exhibited extensively in Midwest juried solo and group shows. Most recently, she had a solo exhibit at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens.
