Jeffrey P. Wilhelm was born in Toledo, Ohio. Graduated from Cooper School of Art (Cleveland) with a Diploma in Advertising Art. Earned his BFA and MFA degrees from Kent State University in Graphic Design.
He has taught Basic Design, 2-D Design and Typography at Akron University and Kent State University.
Jeffrey has worked as a Graphic Designer, Art Director/Manager at American Greetings , Case Western Reserve University, SCM Corporation (Glidden Coatings), and First Energy Corporation.
His work has appeared in "Print Case Books", "Creativity", "American Corporation Identity", "American Graphic Design Awards" (DESI)
Jeffrey has also received awards from Utility Communications, Edison Electric Institute, Tower Awards Advertising Federation of Greater Akron (ADDY), Cleveland Society of Communication Arts (CSCA), Utility Communicators International, PNCA, and IABC.
